Mini pizzas that are easy to eat out of your hand are perfect for an evening with friends. In our recipe, we suggest a delicious variation with Parma ham and rocket salad. But there are no limits to your imagination when it comes to topping these mini pizzas!
For the dough (approx. 20 mini pizzas):
1kg Flour
500ml warmes Water
2 Cube of yeast
1 tbsp. Salt
1 pinch of Sugar
For the tomato base:
800g Tinned tomato pieces
1–2 Garlic cloves
2 tbsp. Tomato purée

100g Parma ham
125g Rocket salad
50g Black olives
