Margherita, Napoli or salami – almost everyone has their favourite pizza, but it’s still fun to try something different. How about a summery pizza with figs and lamb’s lettuce, for example?
For the dough (approx. 8-12 pizzas):
1kg Flour
500ml Warm water
2 Cube of yeast
1 tbsp. Salt
1 pinch of Sugar
For the tomato base:
800g Tinned tomato pieces
