Tiramisu in a glass
(for 4 glasses)
The flagship of Italian dolci! Simultaneously creamy and crispy, slightly bitter and sweet. The crowning glory of any Italian dinner. Viva la dolce Italia!
100g Cream
160g Mascarpone
50g Icing sugar
1 packet Vanilla sugar
10 Ladyfingers
2 Espresso shots per glass
Baking cocoa as a topping
- Line the bottom of the glasses with chopped ladyfingers
- Place one espresso shot per glass on top of the ladyfingers.
- Whip the cream until stiff.
- Mix the mascarpone, icing sugar and vanilla sugar into a cream.
- Fold in the stiff cream.
- Layer the mascarpone cream on top of the sponge cakes.
- Continue layering in the same way until the glass is full.
- Sieve the baking cocoa onto all the glasses as a topping.
- Chill for 1-2 hours.
