BURRATA
This type of mozzarella with a creamy centre is an irresistible classic of Italian cuisine and a fantastic starter that is very easy to prepare!
250g Rocket salad
500g Cherry tomatoes (half yellow and half red)
50gPine nuts
2 Burrata balls
8-10 tbsp. Olive oil
5 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
Salt
Pepper
- Wash and spin-dry the rocket.
- Wash and halve the tomatoes.
- Arrange the rocket, burrata balls and tomatoes on a large enough platter.
- Toast the pine nuts in a pan and sprinkle on top.
- Pour over the olive oil and balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
